Question heavy vibration over 45MPH

When i get it over 45MPH or higher and push the clutch in i get a Heavy vibration.. however with the clutch still in.. if i Push the stick down to 2nd like im trying to enter the gear .. right at that stop point.. the vibration stops...
any idea's?

is your throw out bearing making noise? when u push the clutch and let it go can u hear a difference in whining?, The part about when u have it almost in gear beats me tho. i dont know how that would make vibrations stop if the clutch is pressed in.

its 2.. and i did it to Avoid Confusion .. But i just replaced the Throw out.. Im not to sure what is doing this
