Heater control unit

i was tring to replace mine but i cant seem to find the connector to disconnect it. i Know the wire goes up behind the gauge cluster but i cant see where i hope there is a connector. thanks

Take out the gauge cluster, and the plastic hoses behind it ,and follow the wires back with your hand. It is in a kooky place, near the top of everything.

Or do it by the book (FSM) & go in through the defroster grille.

I have small girlish hands, so I can normally just remove the logicon (the heater control unit) and reach back and to the left (drivers side) to disconnect it. Might try worming your hands into position, following the cable...

i am having trouble finding which section the FSM shows how to remove the unit i have lloked but ind t know which one it would be in
