Those things are like the biggest waste of money. If it did something you actually needed, it might be worth the justification of price.
You could make your own for under $10.

if you want an actual pivot controller try ebay...raceonusa usually has one for sale on there and they run about $60 if i remember correctly

I baught one off of here prolly 4 or 5 months ago, 30 bucks i think? the install instructions are really poor. basicly what you have to do is read ALL of the instructions, then look at the picture, the instructions for mine was different than the picture...it took me a couple hours (at night) to hook it up, involved a little bit of cutting and resplicing wires back together...but with a handy multimeter and a little patience it will work.
Once its installed and hooked up, it didnt work quite the way i had thought. I thought that when i turned the **** the headlights would move up or down in real time to me turning the ****. it dosnt. you gotta have to set the knobe at the angle you want, and turn the lights off, then back on for them to come up where you want them.

i got mine on ebay, it was the "pivot" the one with the miata on the front. all the directions are in japanese, so you'll have to know someone or download the english version from somewhere.
but i am 110% satisfied! yea you could make your own for cheap, but if you want to buy one i suggest the pivot.

I cant remember exactly where i grounded it. somewhere under the dash. thats tha easy part.
i cant remember wich wires were different from the install. I know that i had to use a test light, and lots of trial and error. The instructions are for an S4 i beleive. from looking at both my S5 wireing, and my S4 (both GXL's) theres very slight differences here and there with some of the dash wireing.
