Headlight motors dead

Ok I have an 88tII, headlights don't move at all. The headlight itself comes on ...but the lights will not move up or down at all. The relay pack up at the front checks out and they're all good. In the searching I've done i've seen several different fuses that may/may not affect them. What fuses exactly should affect the headlight motors? I've read even the wiper fuse affects them? Anyway, just wanted to get some ideas before going out to troubleshoot it further.

its easier to do it manualy just take off the **** cover (left) to lower you lights and the turn the **** (right) so the lights go up/down and be sure to disconnect the negative battery wire

30 amp retractor fuse in the engine bay fuse box. If the fuse checks out good it's probably likely that the motors are dead.

Never got a chance to mess with it again today...will be checking that tomorrow most likely. Is that very likely that both motors died? I know before we started rebuilding it...it sat up for probably at least a year and a half in a garage. It did seem fairly stiff when they were manually turned up.

it was the retractor fuse...it was not there at all...popped one in, and one headlight immediately closed. The other was hung up...got that straightened out and now they work like a charm.

Only my right one stopped coming up. I tried using the manual ****, but i cant turn it for the life of me with my fingers. Does anyone know if there is a certain part tha likes to jam the lights shut?

^Try turning the **** on the bottom while pushing down or pulling up on the headlight. The arm might be kinked or you can put a socket on the ****.
