I made one.

I went to the junk yard and bought the right side headlight cover for $10. Then I got my grinder out and sliced a horizontal hole in the cover. Next, I took a hammer and a piece of wood, and started pounding. I got out the Bondo, made it smooth, painted it to match, and put it on. I have the vented headlight cover for less than $20, and it actually looks pretty nice considering I really don't know what I'm doing. When I get a chance I'm going to take it back off and improve it. I set it in front of a fan, and quite a bit of air came through, so I think it's effective. Good luck.

Just got mine from Mariah 2 weeks ago. They basically stamp your OEM headlight cover (or they'll sell you one as well) so it's a perfect fit.

Very good quality. The stamp /scoop is re-inforced. Pics soon.

Check out their cold air box as well. Looks very OEM and not crappy like the "do it yourself" ones. Can't wait to get it all in my TII.
