No if it still has the 12A in it, it won't bolt to the engine. If it's had a 13B swapped in it will bolt to the engine but may not fit in the chassis right as I don't know if these were 2nd gen specific or universal. Racing Beat lists two different part#'s for their 2nd gen and 13b 1st gen header. Also unless you already own it, it's a moot point since it was already discontinued four years ago when this thread was started.
