Hazards flash when key is moved to Acc or On

Hazards flash when key is moved to Acc or On
The hazards on my S4T2 start flashing whenever I turn the key to acc or on. I have been rebuilding the car for a year, and I got the car as a roller so I'm not sure it they ever worked.
Anyone have any idea what this could be? I'm not using the stock gauges if that matters.
