it looks like it is popping really good... i think the only thing are the stock mufflers....

anyone tried drilling holes thru it? maybe that would help?

you have an air leak somewhere in the system (i.e. you still have the split air pipe hooked up to the rear cat). Drilling holes would get you farther from your goal. What you want is the superheated fuel and exhaust to hit the cold oxygen-rich air at the end of the pipe to cause the nice flame. If you expose it to air before the end, then all you get is backfire after wonderful backfire.

i still have the ACV but it is not hooked up to anything, could that be the problem?

no cats.... bonez race pipe, from the exhuast thermal reactor thing to the pipe to the muffler

lol.....ive never had problems shooting flames out of my car....... but im running super rich also!!! its actually a bad thing to shoot flames.... a properly tuned car wont shoot flames.... but how many people actually have a "properly" tuned car

i could get my car to blow flames with the stock exhaust, but vacuum tubing removed and all emmisions removed.. also the cats were there but just gutted
