having a wierd bov problem, help!

my blow off valve has always worked and smoothly make the nice sound its supposed to do. its a greddy rs bov. i dont remember what i did to make it do this but recently when it goes off at full boost or any boost it just flutters. i adjusted the hell out of the adjustment stud and no difference. i checked THOROUGHLY for boost leaks and no luck. anybody had this problem??

btw, i tried another bov and still same problem. im so damn pissed, i hate that damn flutter. ANY help would be very appreciated.

Doesn't fluttering happen when the spring is ultra tight?

pressure surges + turbo = trouble, this just happend to my friends hks ssq, its not opening but yet theres no signs of vac leaks or anything wrong, the springs usually go bad, and i think this is yet his is all crapped out probably since he has a sexy style hood the water could of messed the tensioning springs inside the bov. maybe it could be a worn seal in the bov, only way to learn is but tying it out by putting it on someone elses ride and see if it works and/or you can open it and see whats the deal :P
