having big problem!
twice today in the middle of a drift my car, I don't know how to describe it but I like lost all power the engine didn't die but the rpms just dropped back down to idle. I have a base model with no lsd, but I have drifted it pretty good before.

it also drove fine, nothing out of the ordinary. But I tried it once more and as soon as the *** went out rpms dropped and I was pretty much flooring it in second gear.

well I went to get some food , on the way back it happened twice again. The first time I wasn't really paying attention. but when I did it again I noticed that the revs didn't drop, and my exhaust went silent. The tak was at 3500 then I lifted a little off the gas and the car went back to regular speed

now it like bucks if I go over 3500rpms. But its fine if I shift under 3500. I'm thinking I screwed up my dif and its having problems delivering the power to my wheels ?

you might want to check your fuel pressure. Was the tank low when you were drifting? If you starved the pump, it could have burned out.
What I'm saying is, your description reminds me of a fuel starved situation. I'd check that first. If you're not hearing any grinding, it's most likley not your drivetrain, unless one wheel has much less traction than the other.

well I had 2 of the techs at work on monday check it out. They said the same thing. one guy before he heard the story about the fuel injectors told me to replace my plugs and get a new fuel filter, and to see what happens then. Then my other friend saw my posts when I left the shop computer( He was the one who cleaned my injectors on sat.) he told me to fill my tank up with gas and I should be fine. See what happened on saterday was that when he cleaned my injectors, he forgot to plug the return fuel line and blew all that **** into my tank. I was a little under half a tank so that crap was pretty strong. Anyways I filled up and the bucking is no reduced to a slight hesitation, which was there before. I was allready planning to change the filter and replace the pump. ( don't buy platinum plugs mine have burned out in 2 months)
