Like the title says, has anyone ever hard mounted an infini seat? I'm looking to gain head clearance but the not sure if it would be possible and if so how much clearance I would get. The infini seat I put in the FC actually sits higher than stock and gives me no hope of ever taking it to the track like that as my hair is already touching the roof.

I was looking at this planted technology seat bracket and was hoping I could make it work.

 

How tall are you? Do you not want to retain slider function? I also got a set of infini seats and while it does feel tall, I can fit ok. Another option is to take material out of the seat bottom cushion. Carefully remove the seat cover and shave the seat cushion. The seat cushion is very plush. I haven’t installed mine yet, but have sat in an fc with them.
