I'm assuming that you mean IN the car - not ON the car... right?

If so, then the answer is Yes.

I transported 4 wheels and tires inside my car - and I have a sub box. I had to put two wheels vertically in the front seat. I just put the seatbelt through them to keep them in place.

Without anything in the back, you may be able to fit more than 2 in the hatch area. But you may need to put at lest one - if not two in the front seat.

any les schwab will have the wheel locks you want......if your talking about the lug nuts. And if you run into any problems fitting them in your car then just deflate them!
