Question Half Rich Half Lean???

Well I pulled the plugs out of my car today, and half of each plug is like whitish and the other half is black. So if each plug is split like this am I running lean or rich? Or is there something wrong with my ignition system or other component????

They are normal - slightly rich if anything.
The weird tan / white deposits is cause the spark plug tends to fire only onto one corner of the spark plug.
This causes the light colored deposits to concentrate on one side of the spark plug tip - totally normal.
