Guess the HP?

Ok i have just done some mods on a T2 vert, the car is basicly stock but has a full 3" exhaust,FCD,Intake,TBmod and running between 10-12 psi of boost.

What sort of HP would you say it is running? and what would you next mod be?

I was thinking of Microtech EMS and 1200cc injectors? then in a few weeks maybe a ft mount IC?

does this sound about right?

I'd say around 230rwhp or so, depending on how strong the engine is. A microtech and fmic are good mods. You won't need 1200cc injectors with the stock turbo though. But if you plan to upgrade you could go with them. I would get a walbro before the 1200s myself.

So you can get good Hp out of them with very little done!

I have just been given a GTR Fuel pump that should help things but i am thinking of running it like this for a bit just to get a feel for it while my EMS comes through.

I have just done a comp test on the engine, the out come is that the ft is aprox 100-102 on three even bounces and the rear is slightly lower aprox 95-98. I dont know if this is good or not as i am used to brand new engines with 120psi even on all pots? but then again it has done 40,000 miles.

Its intresting the Turbo has been brought up, i had been told they could run 260-280bhp (not sure if that was Flywheel or Wheels) i have to admit this is not on my next list of things to do but once the Ems and fuel mods are done i may see whats about.

ya i saw that 1200cc and was like damn. I would say anywhere between 200-220. Depends on the car really. I would go with the microtech unless you were planning to go with an upgraded turbo. Just seems to be alot of money for a little extra tuning. I'm planning on getting a microtech and a boost controller here in the next month or so if i can get the cash together. I might have to sling some mad crack rock yo.

I think a good cheap mod is the TID mod, most orig. ones are cracked and losing boost there anyway...Fresh fuel filter is a good idea as well if you haven't already done it...
Good luck & skill!

KWs = kewl way see

no KWs kilowatts, we use both KWs and HP here in australia. Depends who you talk to really.

1 KW = 1.341022 HP
110 KSs = 147.5124 HP

which is alittle different to your US cars, maybe you have a different map, same as j-spec maps.
Plus our dynos rate abit lower than your's, this has been explained somewhere else in the forums.

pfft, drinking and internet kills!
