Grr Fuel Gauge is going whack
So I adjusted the TPS last ngiht and have since put about 80 miles on it. I noticed the fuel gauge needle has been somewhat inconsistent.
I pulled into work today, the needle hit 1/2 tank at 82 miles. I was so pissed, thinking I screwed the TPS up good, running totaly pig rich. Gas is too damn expensive in South Daktoa (seriosuly, Sundance ~70 miles away is about 20 cents cheaper ) to be wasting it away
So after work I get in and start the car. I drive about half way across town, and look at the gas gauge. right around 11/16th full. I rejoiced. Still not great, but its a hell of alot better than 10mpg or whatever that first reading would have been...
Edit: yeah, forgot to ask the question: why?

My upper half readings are almost always off, I can go through the first half in about 75 miles, then the rest will keep me going about 250-300 more, go figure. Damn s5's
