i bought this set of ground control coilovers there new but i bought them second hand off someone so there are no instructions.

there is a platic bag that has 16 rubber o-rings, there both about an inch around but half are skinny and the other half is skinny. and these metal rings zip tied to the metal top plate of the coilover. i have no clue what there for

can someone please clue me in, i'll post up a pic if needs be

I would contact Ground Control directly. Tell them that you lost the directions and ask if they can e-mail you the directions.
