t2 performance

i was just wondering what the max boost i could run on a rebuilt t2 motor and still be safe. new housings and rotors but no porting or 3mm seals. also, what would have to be done to hit a 12.9 on the quarter mile. thanks

different turbo .. or you can do stock turbo wit hevery supporting mod .. fuel, ecu, boost controller, fmic, exhaust, etc and use slicks at the same time

i am running 8 psi and 9psi max with stock boost on a racing beat turbo back. i am scared to go outside of the 9psi level as the duty cycle is pushing way to close to max cycle at this level. ive pushed 10 psi but was nervous the entire time.

I think the max boost for a stock block is around 25psi, any higher and you'll need bigger studs.

i have a haltech ecu with handset. front mount intercooler. clutch and flywheel. 800cc injectors for secondary, block off plates, msd, 8.5 wires with spark plugs, rebuilt motor with only 65miles. ( this is all after break in period lol) fuel pressure reg with walbaro 255lph pump, stainless steel lines, full three inch exhaust, greddy turbo timer, the gauges and i think some other minor things but i just wanted to know how much boost i could run and be safe. 12.9 and eating trans ams would be awesome.

i plan on getting a bigger turbo with stainless turbo manifold with street slicks

get the turbo and mani, and some ET streets, and if you can drive you should run a 12.9 at ~15 psi.
