Green harness, can't find a home for it

Well just behind and to the right of the oil filler neck there are some harnesses. All of them are plugged in except a green one. I couldn't find a place for it to plug in anywhere. Does anyone know what it is for? Thanks.

I am leaning to think that all the green plugs are used for diagnostics.

Josephi is right...this (on a t2 I assume) is by the IC and is the check connnector for setting up the TPS. You use it in conjunction with the 2 lightbulb method. The NA's(86-8) have it over by the AFM. I dont remember where it is on 89-91 NA's.
