gray goop in my ACV

OK so today I put the ACV block off plate that I made on my car and when I took the ACV off the little thing that is a one way valve behind the ACV was full of this gray oily goop/water foam crap. And it was on the side that is toward the inside of the engine. Sometimes it is also in the oil filler neck to but it is white and more watery when it is there. Does anyone know what this **** is???

Condensation from lots of short trips. Though it's strange that it would have found it's way in behind the ACV. Sure it's just not carbon deposits?

No it's not carbon, carbon would be hard and black to. Also I noticed that inside the ACV there are like little crystal formations on it. I think that my car is turning in to a chemisty project.
