got some Q's

ok i was wondering this today. if everytime someone rebuilds a motor, even if they use new houseing and ****, that we have to be so careful for a 1000 miles or so. im pretty sure when people were getting these cars in the late 80's they were gunning the **** out of it right off the show room floor. why is this?

How do you know that? You hadn't even started school in the late-80's, so I doubt you were paying much attention to new-car buyer habits...

I have no idea what you're asking???

Why are people stupid enough not to do a proper break-in?
Why are engines being rebuilt?
Why do we have to wait 1000 miles for break-in???
Why do you use new housings for a rebuild???
Geezuschrist, anyone speak proper English anymore???

Okay, that information should be in the original owners manual?
I'm sure not every first owner read that little book.

It hasn't changed, NO dealerships (Mazda, chevy, ford) tell people anything after they buy the car. There's no driver training education.

You have read the manual or car literature, but most people don't.
