my n1 doesnt scrape as long as I dont go over anything too large. most speedbumps are ok. i've only scraped it maybe 3 or 4 times in the last 5 months its been on there.

tak, i wasn't in saugus today. usually you'd see me up there on a tues or saturday.

my turn signals are orange, but the way the picture came out they look a lot darker then in real life.

 

I love black on fc's, as you can see from my avatar. And I like the baloney slicer rims- the only ones I like better are MINE! (BBS VERTS)

That being said, I like your motor better though.

And S5 tails- like em so much I slapped a pair on my ride. MUCH BETTER.

Hey, any pics of the HUD? I have access to some they are getting rid of at my work, originally meant for boats, but they had a prob with the multiple vibration dampening (motor + hull slapping) and might try to adapt it...

it's not that incredible. just shows speed or tach. kinda helpful for speed, plus it keeps a reading of the highest you've ever been. (in my case 141, eek!)

 

Still, not something you see everyday. And anything that helps keep your peeps on the road is good.

BEAUTIFUL FC! the 2nd gen is always going to be my favorite anytime its shown.

ive owned a 87 and and 88 FC vert, and also an 87 turbo supra that was modded BPU. dont let the supra guys get you down, the rx7 is such a more beautiful car than the supra could ever be, with more style and potential then anything ive seen. if i didnt buy a sport bike i would definitly buy anohter FC, turbo or non.

 

Most impressive. How did you take this pic that looks like you were crouched down next to the wheel while the car was doing 70 mph? That looks like something right out of Grand Tourismo. I like that shot, it looks tight.

Oh ok i thought it was u but nowaday therer so much RX-7 around here. Unlike b4 it was rare to have a rx-7 now u can see it everywhere u go.

You should stick around on saturday night around the saugus area. There are some illegals in revere, on the lynn marsh. Its pretty fun but its mostly made up of anoying ricers. Im going to be down there prob this saturday i have a red TII same mods you do for the most part. If not im going to try to get down to the cape, ive been meaning to get down there sometime this summer and then maybe i can see your car.

wow you guys are too much. most of the time the people around here either treat me or the car like it's a piece of crap junker. i know we're all bias to our rxs but i tend to think that 7 owners tend to have a lot more class then the average highschooler with a civic

i smoked a supra last night and after the kids were all crowding around saying how they didn't realize how powerful our old cars were. unfortunately i guess the only way to gain respect is to win.

anyway, to answer the questions before i leave for kimballs;

the picture of the wheel was me hanging out the window as far as i could. good thing there wasn't much traffic. i took about 10 shots to get one good one

i would hang around saugus on saturdays because i really want to meet more rx7 guys, but i work at 10pm overnight through sunday. when i'm up there for hockey its for early morning games.

the car *is* lowered, however Im not sure what springs are in there. the guy before me dropped her. i wish i could get ahold of him to find out what else he's done. the springs are purple, so i think they might be the intrax ones you can get from corksport. i'm surprised he left them on because he stripped out his intake, exhaust, rims, stereo, everything before selling the car to the dealer i bought it from. I only know this because it came with receipts for everything the car has ever had done to it. (cept those damn springs)

i'll get more pics when i get a chance. the engine bay isn't as pretty; i'm still working on that part. still gotta get rid of my clutch fan

allright, again, thanks for the compliments, the car doesnt look anywhere near as good in person and i've seen so many more on here that are a million times nicer!

there's a story behind the single n1.

i ordered the dual n1 for $700 shipped through digitalracer.com. very good deal. too good to be true.

only one side came and they are hemming and hawing about getting me the other side, citing that it wasnt their fault. i'm in a situation where i want the other side so i have to wait, because if i debate the charge on my credit card they definitely wont send me the 2nd side.

it sucks. i'm gonna get on their case now that you've brought it up, its been a few weeks since i yelled at them.

 

Ive got duals on my TII and Im taking them off and going to a single. The extra room is going to be for a trans cooler and a diff cooler. Need to figure out how Im gonna do it though. Should be fun.
