A personal idea this stuff is called Super Mend kinda like JB Weld but way more flexible an will hold up to a couple small accidents.

yea dude. i think rally lights are the way to go.

you could put a grill on there and put
the mazda emblem there to make it
look like a celica of somesort.

can't wait to see what you do with this dude. xP

So, you want it to look perfect and you're still considering putting on a S5 bumper?

you could take your s4 bumper off, cut that exact hole in it, fit it in the s5 bumper. urethane the back a bunch. use a touch of bondo in the front to even it all out. then paint it. thats only if you refuse to find a different s5 bumper though, since the best way overall.

If you want to learn something this would be a neat way to learn how to fiberglass. I had to do this to the underside of a car where I cut some rust away and it worked pretty well. (albiet alot more diffucult working against gravity)

Get a bondo fiberglass kit (the fiberglass MESH and resin, not the regular bondo stuff).

Buy some heavy gauge bird screen (roughly 1/2" square mesh). And cut a piece a good bit larger than the hole and use some resin and strips of fiberglass to "glue" it to the sides of the hole on the inside (back side) of the bumper. Shap it so it is similar curve as the bumper itself but DOES NOT stick out beyond the outer shell line of the bumper. LET THE WHOLE MESS FULLY DRY!

Then Start laying full coverage layers of fiberglass and resin to the back side sides. Back side large pieces that extend far beyond the whole and outside (front). Get a couple layers down on the back. LET DRY!. Then start with the front. Try to form the fiberglass into the hole. But let the top layer go over the edge. It may take a number of layers to fill the hole.

Get the resin above the hole. LET DRY FOR A WEEK!

Then sand it all using progressivly finer grain sand paper until smoth and contoured with 600.

Prime.

Have painted.

Enjoy.

Youll never get it repaired to a level of cleanliness that will match the rest of the car. I would probably use it, just black out the area nehind the hole real good. I knoda like how it looks, I know it sounds kinds ricer-ish, but I think it adds a little "track flair" to it. God that sounds gay. But ya know what I mean? Either use it, or get another one. Your not gonna get that big of a hole to look good with any kind of patch. ESPECIALLY in black. EVERYTHING shows up in black, as Im sure you know. you already got two small holes in your bumber now, and it looks good. Go with it.

Goto home depot, get some gutter mesh and stick it behind it and make it look like a ricer. lol

Not the cleanest idea, but your bumper shouldent crack. Other than that, just put an intercooler behind it :P Or a new rad.

first please tell me that bumper didn't cost you more than 20 bucks.
second the best way to fix it(other than buying a new one) would totally putting rally lights on it.
