Got Oil cooler lines back today...
HAHA, Uh, I'm just a bit curious. See I told my machine shop guy that I had an Rx7 and this was an oil cooler line, and oil pressures are usually between 30 and 110psi... So I asked him to make sure my new rubber lines he used to rebuild my lines were, STOUT.
I dunno if he was being a smartass or something but, uh, they are rated and tested for 1,000 PSI...
Anyone else think thats overkill??? So car is going to be out and rolling again! WOOO HOOO!!!
Anyone else here in Texas around the DFW area??? If so is there a local Rx7 club u guys hang around with? Would love to have some face time with other Rx7 owners!
Pics to follow!!!

generally when dealing with hydraulics you do overrate the pressure of the hose by multiples of what it will carry. my hose shop also gave me 1000PSI rated reinforced hose. the OEM hoses are probably a fraction of that and rated at barely over 100 considering how flimsy they turn out after a few years of use where my rebuilt line is still like it was the day i got it back.

Before you take her off the ramps, you should switch the side of the car the wheels are on (or at least the one in the pice) they/it are/is backwards :p
