daaaaammm my car is so much frieking faster...

I noticed the power is killer now from 5-7 k and top end screams.... )

Im still barely hitting 10 psi in 4th,5th gear, so fuel isnt an issue, im still running fairly rich...booya...im happy.

The only question is, if I rev it up to 7 g's..i get a little blueish black smoke...not alot, but maybe its because I have no cats left........

But of course, now I get flames!!!!

All in All...good deal....

I netted a best of 14.6@95 before, first time at track, so with more experience and with my dp, I bet Ill be able to hit 13's next time at the track....

The DP was one of my favorite upgrades, the power gains are so noticeable, plus the FLAMES!!!

 

Flames? Guess you also have a straight pipe as well (or is the extra gas from running rich making it through the cat ??)

Watch that air/fuel gague though. 10PSI is a lot for an OEM setup and I'd hate her to run lean and pop.

 

Same here... My car's hitting about 10-11psi just because of my 3" DP,MP, and single catback.. Gotta love them exhaust mods.!!

the 89 wastegate is much better, I have my afc tuned up 3% at higher rpms... Im running WAY rich still....

Remember, I wrecked my current one.. but spend 2k to fix it, then said what the hell, and did a full body resoration and a brand new blaze red paint job...>!!! looks sweet... Im busy...we need to meet up again sometime....Im moving up to oly in the summer....Ill be a little closer to you guys....

 

Good like hitting your 13s! You should be able to do it with a little practice to lower your 60' times.

Yeah, don't be such a stranger. Try to make the drive on the 23rd. I'll be installing my 3" RS*R frontpipe and my new 3" Corksport SS cat-back tomorrow (Saturday) morning.
