Good wheels for a white S5?

what do you think?
VOLK RACING VOLK GR-C
Front: 17x7 ET21 or ET35 (both offsets available)
Rear: 17x8 ET21 or ET35 (both offsets available)
$680 for the set

I think these might look good on my S5 GXL.
What do you guys think?
Also, what offsets would work best (if any)?

looks like Id be ok doing ET35 for the fronts, ET21 for the rears.
run 215/50/17s all around
Use the stock 15s for drift work and wet skidpad work.
Use the 17s for track driving where big slip angles are frowned upon by corner workers
