i run on drift specs from tein ... got them cheap so I can't complain... good design it is streetable with the proper settings and i can wait to track them... stance is also a good company... i would recommend what I have but I think brand new their $1500 so probably not

take apart your strut tower brace so you have 3 peices; 2 strut mounting brackets and the bar
install the strut brace brackets
use a powerdrill with a hole saw attachment to cut a hole big enough to run the bar though in each tower
reattach bar to brackets
done
I guess, but having to cut up the metal and stuff seems like a lot of effort for a mod that won't make much of a difference at all. Strut towre bars are a useless mod, they are more for looks. The best suspension mod besides coilovers would be a 6point rollcage. my last car cough* s14 cough* had Tein Super drift coilovers, 6 point rollcage welded in, and a 27.5mm Tanabe rear sway bar. I have had strout tower bars before, but they made no difference that I npticed at all on the street or on the track...but with that said I have never had strut tower bars on a T2 that I have owned, so take what I say with a grain of salt

I say this from daily experience
(see pic below of my driveway car lot - took that last night)
you'll notice the effect alot more the closer the car is to the stock suspension
the first suspension thing I did was a set of Corksport braces front and back, now the effect wasn't dramatic but subtle, it basically took most of the "twitchiness" out of the car
First time I've seriously heard Megan Racing called "good." Also the first time I've seen ground control ranked below megan, especially since you can get konis and bilsteins with a ground control setup. Bilsteins are amazing shocks.
strutbars do make a difference, moreso in a FC than a S14
