my suspension

I just ordered my suspension it should be here in about a week and i was just wondering if anyone has any feedback on the stuff im getting or the goods and bads about it or whatever.

I got Tanabe GF210 1.5" lowering springs and Tokico HP Blue Struts.

My friend has these struts on his CRX and I like the way they felt but I was just wanting to get some feedback. Thanks

I don't get it...why ask for feedback after ordering the part?

At this point it would seem more logical for you to tell us how you like 'em once installed.

i have the gf210s they are a decent drop and slightly stiffer than stock i like them they make it low but dont take away normal driving

Save all you receipts for those Tokico Blues, they're notorious for blowing out after about a year of hard use, but they should have a liftime warranty. As long as you keep your receipts, and don't damage the struts in any way during install or removal you should get free replacements.
What will you be using the car for? they should be fine for autocross but if you're gonna run road course or drift it they're not going to last.

^^^ yup they are known for blowing but if you keep your recipts life time warranty... so you really can't go wrong

well this is making me nervous now all this talk about them blowing. my friend has had his on his crx for a little more than a year and they still are stiff as ever. so i dont know i guess we'll have to see.

CRX weighs a little more than 2100 lbs with top of the line SI motor it is barely making a 100hp with a top speed of maybe 120mph
it's not going to stress those shox as much as a FC
more than likely thouh you will have no problem with those Tokico's unless you track or drift the car
they should be fine for autocross
keep the receipts - lifetime warrantee
