+1 to Precision Import Repair, Mike and Dan are very capable.
Be aware however, that they, like any pro mechanics, are going to be somewhat skeptical about having to clean up after a "home rebuild".
Not to impugn your skills but they will have absolutely no idea where the problem might lie if you've been through the motor extensively.
This could mean a lot of diagnostic work to figure it out.
You weren't very specific in the original post...what does "not running right" mean, specifically?

Stay away from Horsepower Research and Development! The shop changed it's name to "Grid-1 Motorsports". The owner is a scammer and I have heard of people having to get legally involved with them. I am currently looking for a place in Colorado to take my 13b turbo to so I can get it rebuilt and ported. I am thinking about Precision Imports, any other suggestions and reviews for another rotary shop?

I'm about to move to the Denver area with my FD. It needs a motor rebuild. Are there any new suggestions on a good mechanic? I talked to Precision Import repair, but they are booked until end of Sept.

Since I bought my FC almost 9 years ago, I've run into a few sketchy "rotary experts" but Precision is the only place I've done business. They no longer concentrate on rotaries (because there's no market) but have all the experience and equipment required and would be my only recommendation if you want the work done locally.
They are a real, live business, with their own building and everything, so not likely to flake out and disappear.
Your other option is to ship the engine out to someone like Rotary Revolution, Rotary Evolution, Atkins, etc.
Even with freight that might be a cheaper option (I have no idea what Precision or any of the others charge), but then it's up to you to install and troubleshoot the setup, which I assume Precision does for you.
There just aren't many rotaries here in Denver.
