stock turbo and lets say 12lb... My real goal is just 250rwhp. I have been suggested this is the next thing to do to get there.

That is alot more IC than you need at that output. The good is that you could support 500+ rwhp with that IC. The bad is that you will need to do substantial mods to your cooling system to keep from overheating your car. Is this a kit, or are you going to fabricate? If you are fabricating, the ~300.00 EBay IC would be a better choice for your desired power level. Assuming you are able to fab the piping you would be done for~500.00 complete. One of the old school greddy, or HKS IC set ups would be your best bet. There are several for sale, 500.00 plus shipping is what you should pay for one in average condition, add about 100.00 for a BOV. Finally, you can buy a greddy for our application. these cost 800-1000 new, expect to pay 650-850 for a used set-up in good condition. Hope that helps, there are three good options for you, and can be found in the for sale sections on this forum, nopistons, Team FC3S, and sometimes FC3S.org. In any case you will want to ad anaftermarket water temp gauge, as the stocker reads averages, and is not accurate. Search cooling for some choices on how to keep your car cool after adding a FMIC. Regards, Carl
