Glowing manifold in the morning...

Hey guys this is actually my 3rd Rx7 (FC) but havent really learned as much as I have wanted. So this might be a stupid question. I have a 87 TII FC with a 60 trim turbo, 60mm Wastegate, MBC, 3" turbo back, 650s cc's injectors, and thats about it. Oh yeah, and I believe an XS Power manifold. Anyway, I cranked up my motorthis past Tuesday morning, and havent checked since, but when I first cranked it up, I revved it a bit so that it wouldnt die out. Anyway, what do you guys think it is?

Its got 650 injectors and its constantly running rich. Or can it only be in the morning?

its most likely fine. sounds like your actually running rich when you start it up. would explain the hard to keep running. it could be that your injectors are leaking raw fuel into the enigne and when you crank it up it gets into the manifold and burns up. usually its raw fuel which causing a glowing manifold

what EMS are you using? a glowing manifold would indicate exessive fuel buring INSIDE OF MANIFOLD and not engine.

The car is running very rich.

You need something to adjust for the larger injectors. At the very least that means something like the S-AFC to run as a piggyback, but ideally for all aftermarket turbos you will get a full standalone.
