Ghetto Air Dam
Made from $10 worth of plastic garden edge stuff. Shhh...
The stock bolt locations made it pretty easy.
When it wears out, I can make another one with the other half of the material.
And for later, I plan on making some metal brackets to angle the front egde upward to the radiator.

What kinda style is it going to be? Are you modeling it after a brand already out there or your own design?

if the lip is for an s5 then you might as well stop now. There are so many S5 lips that its ridiculous. S4's on the other hand have only one, and it is no longer being made...

I cut the edges off the material, and scored + folded over about an inch of it. To make fitment faster/easier, I removed the original lip completely, and held the plastic up to the car while punching holes and bolting it up as I went. To make curves, I cut wedges out of the folded over area. Once it was all on, I took it off and put both lips on.
