getting there!!! almost ready for unveiling..

well the sound system is done. so are the brakes. and suspension work.

now all i need is a motor and a new paint job.. and shell be ready for pictures!! YAY!

so ummmmmmmmmmmmm what would you do with an 86 mazda for paint?
im thinking of doing an off white, but im wondering what i should paint black while im at it..

im thinking of all white, with black or grey headlight covers. also maybe a black roof (easier to paint)

also the finishing touch.
the renegade rotary symbol.... a rotor with an eyepatch. hell yes.

I was thinking white as well. To tell you the truth, I was thinking of doing a duplicate of that GTO seven that I had seen in the lounge! not to sure how other seven owners would take a fake car.. I wouldn't want to copy the decals, or the name, just the blue and white paint job.

rs_1101, I think whites also a pretty sweet color if you plan to do any CF parts on your car. Black of course stands out best on white, makes it look pretty damn good.

I see no reason why you can't pull it off. Theres no reason why someone can't appreciate something that is actually functional! alot of people hate specific body accessories becuase they only serve a 'look' purpose.

Oh yea, show me the rotary symbol there buddy

soundsystems should definitely be placed on higher priority than the engine.

About the paint, Ive always wanted to do a 2-tone. I think when I get my car repainted, Im going to do black from the side mouldings up, then the factory atctic silver from the strip down. Either that or the other way around, I dunno.
