Question getting ready to port the s5 turbo

ok.......im starting to port the s5 turbo....not wanting any metal shavings going into the turbines i decided to take the exhaust housing off of the entire assembly.....ok.....30 minutes into it i loosen all the bolts around the exhaust housing.....2 of the bolts do not have enough clearence to be removed.....and after i've loosen them as much as i could.....the housing will not come off..is there something else i should do for the housing to come off?...or do i just need a gorilla to yank on it hard enough?.....i dont want to damage the turbo so im posting this before i go at it with a BFH......also after removal...would i need a rebuilt kit to seal everything up again?.....the turbo seems to be in good condition and does not need a rebuilt.....thanks

Keep turning those two bolts. When they start to make contact with the center section continuing to turn them will push the exhaust housing right off.

I don't think so. I think all the seals for the shaft and what not are all contained within the center section. But I could be wrong.

His sig lists Hybrid turbo- w/ compressor upgrade it is possible to over-run the S5 wastegates.

Considerably, w/ the right set-up...
