Getting my TII Running

Just got back in from a quick drive around my 'hood. Found out 2 things:
1. My short-*** doesn't really suit a full bucket/low seat rail combination. I either need to grow about 6 inches, or more realistically, get a higher seat rail or a higher seat.
2. The top-mounted intercooler really does need that bracket securing it to the intake manifold and engine. Got a little too confident and decided to put my foot down on the last stretch home. All of a sudden car makes a strange noise and loses all power, and engine dies. Now bear in mind if you don't know where exactly I live, I'm way out in the sticks on a country road with no streetlights, and with no licence plates on the car. A cop car comes around the corner and I'm in deep trouble. Pull the plugs thinking it might be flooded but they're dry as a bone. Looking round the engine and after what seems like an age I see that the pipe from intercooler to throttle body has popped off. Refit it, turn the key and thank god it fires up.
Did sound nice for those few seconds as it started to rev up and get into boost though.

When I'd removed the AWS system, I'd not removed one of the fast idle bits (a cam). So I pulled that. Also cleaned the throttle plate area and moved the screw that controls where the bottom throttle plates bottom out at, so that they closed fully at idle. And that has seemed to sort it out. Still got to fine tune where I want the cold start idling to be at, but that should be pretty simple.
