I dont get it im getting fuel and spark and it just wont turn over, does anyone have a clue. Im thinking maybe it just needs to pull start to build up some compression. what do you guys think?

 

Pour about 1oz of oil in the leading spark plug holes of each rotor. Then I like to put the plugs back in and spin the motor backwards to coat everything. Finally pull the plugs back out clean all the oil off and try to start.
