Just so you know, It will require alot of fabrication work to mount 3rd gen seats Into your car. You can't simply swap seat rails. The rail mounting locations on the 3rd gen seats are closer together than that of the 2nd gen seats.

It will take some work, but there are some ways to do it cheaply. We had the same problem with my friend and his CRX seats converting them to the 'MOMO Start' seats w/out using new brakets. We ended up finding some metal pieces at ACE hardware that already had holes drilled in them (4 holes) and we could use those to attatch the stock brackets to the seat and using the bolt holes attatch the bracket to the car itself. It's QUITE sturdy (the plates were about 1/4" to 1/2" thick) and it cost about $9 to get everything together. The brackets on the MOMO seat were closer together than the stock seat so we had the same problem...but not anymore .

When you make the swap please give us the lowdown on how you made it work.

Thanx
