gettin an rx7, couple questions

i was gonna buy a 1987 rx7 for 500 bucks, has about 160k on it. i was wondering if it comes stock turbo'ed or if it is easy to turbo? also what are some power/ and weight specs on the car before i buy it? also, what are some critical issued to look for in the car?

The only 2nd Gen. RX-7's to come with a Turbo, were the TII's.

Which trim level is it? Base? Sport? Luxury? GXL? TII? GTU?

S4 N/A motors put out 146hp when new.

Make sure you take a look at the FAQ's and all the stickies at the top of the 2nd Gen. section. Those will answer almost all your questions.

what he said.. also, Aaron Cake has a website that tells you exactly what to look for when buying a 7. It is very well writen and helpful. Just search Aaron cake on google or here on the board.

not sure what cars go for their but my 86' n/a 5spd cost me 1G with 75K on the clock
