General BAC/other question

Havent started my engine in like 2 weeks. It idled at a perfect 1k. Now i start it up it idles at 2k when cold and 1.5k when warmed at 180 deg. Well i was checking over my engine and my BAC isnt pulling in air really. its very weak. Now my BAC is there but isnt hooked up. When i started it 2 weeks ago it had very strong vacuum now its very weak. Also When it idle the engine vibrates and i can feel it threw the shifter. I dont remember it doing that before. So I'm guessing it not normal. Also engine still isn't timed because i can never get the idle right. Also the cars been sitting on a small incline facing down. Thats all i can think of. Also tps is at the correct 20% it will drop to 19% or go as high as 21%. and the BAC screw is all the way right.

fast idle/thermowax system could be causing a high idle

The BAC valve is just a plunger and a magnet. Usually it works or it doesn't. It's clogged or it's not. Just put +12V across the terminals and see if it opens.
