gear grinding -__-

so I get that problem when i shift from 5th to 3rd on the freeway my old my FC never had that problem so does anyone know why it does this?

Your synchros are worn. Only fix is to rebuild the transmission.

Not entirely, changing the fluid can help a lot too.

change fluid/ new shifter bushings and get the rev's up when downshifting.
