gas pedal gets heavy??

i dont know why, but sometimes when im at high RPM(sometimes even low), the gas pedal seems to be much harder to push then normally.
now i dont know if its because the line is dried up(which i doubt because sometimes is just fine), or its caused by something else...vacuum leak? i dont know...
anyone?

Ya, I thought I had this problem, but then I realized I was pushing on the wall of the car beside the gas pedal... go figure.
