gas in my oil catch can???

i decided to empty my oil catch can today after having installed for 3-4 weeks, it solved most of my smoking turbo oil sealing prob that along with 0-40 oil. so i pulled out can out and wanted to see if it was oil/water or what was it in it. i poured some in a bowl and found it to smell like gas so i lit it on fire and sure enough it light up not 100% gas its mixed in with water and just a few drops of oil here and there. long story short how the heck is a gas like substance getting in my oil catch can i searched but did not find much info

the car is street ported 10k mile rebuild with stock turbo FMIC oil catch can is setup like so: vac line from lower and upper oil filler neck plumbed to bottle and third vac line plumbed back into intake pipe before the turbo inlet
