It could be from the fuel pulsation dampener. Search for "my rx-7 burned down" or similar for pics of what happens when it goes bad.

this is the nut i was talking about

and when i first saw the leak it was leaking to the transmission to the floor any ideas

I don't think its the pulsation damper becaue the pulsation damper is connected to the fuel rail and its not leaking from there

I can't quite tell, but that kinda looks like the back of the primary fuel rail, which is where the PD is. I wouldn't run the car at all until you get that leak fixed, whatever it is.

i know this may sound dumb but did you trace the entire fuel system in the engine bay? the fuel inlet and return, at least from the way the pics are situated are right next to the oil filteri had to replace the inlet, and while i was at it the return, b/c i had the same problem. i hope this helps we dont need a roman candle going down the street.

Pulsation damper is at the *front* of the *primary* fuel rail and the pic is taken from the passenger side (assuming LHD). I see the firewall in that pic. so the leak is at the back. Copper crush washers usually seal the lines/fastener joints. Could be a loose/degraded clamp.

Your post #6 shows the clear oil metering pump lines, so the fuel is not from there.

you should also check the headlight fluid and the p.e.P.S.I....oh and your pulse when you start it after the fix.... just kidding about the headlight fluid but the p.e.P.S.I. is at least worth checking out i hear it is better than coke...lol

You started 7 threads on this. You have a history of starting multiple threads on the same subject. Just going through your past history of posts I found half a dozen examples of multiple threads on the same subject.

You need to get a clue.

ONLY START ONE THREAD PER SUBJECT.

Your six other threads on this have been merged into this one or deleted.

If you continue with your history of starting multiple threads on the same subject a moderator will be assigned to read every single post you make and either approve or delete it. It will not show up until approved. SO KNOCK IT OFF, because I would hate to waste someones time merging and reading every one of your posts.
