Gas
non-turbo - 87 (unless you have some big modifications that would require otherwise which is typically rare). i typically use chevron or fina (only cause it looks like a rotor). i've never had "bad gas," so its really up to you.
as for turbo, i don't know the "at least" rating, but i'd use 93. around here, the typical octanes are 87, 89 and 93.
its really too vague of a question, but i assume stock.

lol half the stations you guys mention I never heard of... must not be around here on the west coast. Yea I stay away from the ghetto stations. I guess it doesnt matter. I just remember once reading in the owners manual something about menthl or some additive that was bad for the car...I think the chemical helped emissions or something.

If it's non-turbo, the least you can get unless you're running some crazy timing. Stock turbo? 91 or so.. Modified turbo, higher you go. You only run higher to avoid detonation, it isn't going to help power any.

Ok just to reitterate what people already said. on an N/a use the lowest octane you can find. A TII while designed for 87 octane should be run on the highest possible octane rated gas especially when modified.
