garret or Hitachi turbos

i just got my jdm turboII motor in.....i thought they came with Hitachi turbos....anyone ever hear of a garett a/r 60 turbo on a jdm motor

If it is, its aftermarket. Far as I know, all FCs came with the HT-18.

its not aftermarket....iwas asking around someone told me only the infinities came with that turbo but i dont know how true that is

Well it aint stock.. So its probably a Hybrid, as previously stated.

internally, the Infini and USDM turbo motors were the same. Its all the external stuff that made it different.
