GAB Coilovers?

Is anyone running any of the GAB coilovers?

I'm looking at some GAB Revolution II coilovers and was wondering if anyone had any feedback.

Haven't run them myself but they were rated fairly high by Options a couple months ago between a couple other coilovers and pointed out their good high speed stability. JIC's were the only ones to rank higher.

JICs are top on my list as well, but I'm looking at a better deal on the GABs

Only complaint I see so far is the fact it only has 4-way adjustable fronts...

if you type slower and install a filter in between your brain and your typing finger then the stuff you type might actually be intelligible.

are you guys all looking at the gab coilover set on ebay as well?

Oh, I see, the ratings were based on show car potential rather than performance. That makes sense now. Thanks.

......... What are you talking about?

It was based on 5 performance oriented points. What part of that makes it show car potential?

Does Option magazine feature rice stuff like big stereos and body kits, or does it feature race cars like F1 and CART?

i was told by a fairly reliable source that the GAB coiolver setups shocks are the same thing as the KYB AGX shocks. i would imagine that the spring and seat part of the coilover can't really be any higher quality than any other brand.

Features popular japanese domestic market vehicles with articles ranging from suspension setting tech. circuit/street/drag etc to how well certain pads performed in different situations or how suspension settings influence brake bias etc etc. Overall a really comprehensive mag. with pretty in depth articles trying out a range of products.
