go buy yourself a assembly video, Atkins is good cause it's chaep and covers the basics. Or, look into getting the DIY13B-REW DVD set, many pricey but a great set.

Yeah, get one of those rebuild videos from atkins, or RA. Get a decent torque wrench and have a list of tolerances handy. Rebuilding the engine is like..... making a sandwich...... a big.... heavy.... metal..... and perhaps thundering.... sandwich....

Head up to the Archives and read my thread in which I put together my engine. This thread covers almost every step of the process except rotor seal assembly.

Smile Im confused(Aaron)

You can also just barely see a note written in marker that says "Apex corner seal towards intermediate". This is to remind me that the corner apex piece must face the center of the engine to prevent them from falling through the eyebrow port.

i went and check Aaron writeup but im confused now,do i need to do the same thing that you did with the apex seal corner piece?so in other words you put together the apex seal backwards right.by the way guys i order the atkins video thanks for the replays att jorge

Yes, on one housing the seal goes in backwards.

Edit...That is, both corner seals face the intermediate iron.
