what fluids am i going to need if i do a full fluid flush i mean EVERYTHING from washer fluid to tranny fluid what weights and types of oils am i going to need thanks!

Hate to sound like a broken record, buttt..
FC3S.ORG has the FSM online with all the inforamtion/weights/capacities you need. If you want to switch anything to synthetic do a search and it has been covered many times.
Don't forget to flush your brake fluid.

Engine Oil (20W/50)
Coolant (30/70)
Transmission oil (75/90)
Rear Diff Oil (80/90)
Brake, Clutch and P/S Fluid (Dot4)
Three bottles with washer fluid (two front, one rear)
A/C Freon
Gas Tank (premium unleaded 72lt)
