FuelCut

Will I hit fuel cut with aftermarket mufflers and no cat with factory exhaust?

You should consider the Rtek 2.0 ECU upgrade. Not only does it help you with fuel cut but it also gives you complete engine and diagnostic control over your TII with a Palm OS PDA. It is totally cool. It does away with the accelerated warm up (which you don't need if you have ripped out your cats) and also adds a "flood control" feature which helps you start your FC if it floods (yeah, never happens). Check it out at: www.digitaltuning.com

With enough support, we could get our own subforum in the Engine Management section so that we could share information about our FC Turbos.

It depends on what mufflers you use and what other mods you have, but most likely you won't. With a stock DP, no cat, a 3" cat-back, stock TID and a pod filter I used to run 8psi and not hit fuel cut.
