fuel system help please
Hey guys i currently have a fuel system that consists of
1x bosh 044
walbro intank pump
surge tank
4x 1600cc injectors
areomotive fuel reg
now i am changing to E85 fuel and my tuner wants me to run dual 3/8 fuel lines (one fuel line per fuel rail)
now i have changed the system so far it consists of
2x 044 pumps
walbro intank pump
new surge tank 2.5 ltr
still same 1600cc injectors
same fuel reg
now what i want to see is pics of how people have ran dual fuel lines and what rails they have used and can this be done with the standard fc rail i have a -AN fitting from the secondary rail to reg thats the only difference i have on the rail,
also is it better to run fuel hose braided or metal lines?
cheers guys

The standard S4 rails have threaded fittings on the end (except the end with the regulator, but that is easy to tap) so yes, you can split the rails. However these rails are aluminum which will be attacked by the E85.
As for the lines, I'd suggest dual hard lines. Far more resistant to road debris than any kind of rubber or braided line. Remember, use stainless for E85.

as aaron cake said youre going to need some aftermarket rails.
as well as some earls/aeromotive stainless steel tubing and all the fittings you'll need.
bend to shape (without kinking). install fittings. bolt in. it's really that easy.
the factory fuel lines are 10mm. which is the same as 3/8. I believe they are steel so you've already got one.

i dont think they are 3/8, more like 5/16 i think can anyone tell me if this is correct as i ran 3/8 hose from tank to surge and it was too big for the standard pipe.
