Well first of all you will need a custom fuel rail to get rid of the stock FRP..
I have a automotive fuel pressure regulator.. really easy to hook up.. two in from fuel rails, and one out to the return line. Then a Vac line to it.
What I did to the fuel rails in my rx-2 (S5 T2 engine) was cut the ends and weld on -AN fittings
On my FC I have custom fuel rail on the super charger.
Hope that helps.

I think will help you out a bit. and installing an aftermarket FPR doe NOT require any welding. http://www.fc3spro.com/TECH/MODS/FUEL/fpr.htm

I had a friend build me a custom fuel rail by using the stock rail as an example. This way the ends were both just NPT threaded and I could put adapters in them and use AN lines. I didn't convert my primary rail so I still have an old rubber line running to it.
The only two problems I rain into were, the AN tube fitting didn't work, for attaching to the hard fuel return line. And my custom rail was slightly too tall for the intake elbow coming off the throttlebody. I had to heat the intake elbow with a torch and reshape it a little at the bottom.
A list of parts I used is on http://irixbox.com/?s=rx7

I've got an 88 rx7 tII as well and i can tell you a few things. If you have a hybrid turbo on stock injectors than you will NOT have enough fuel and you WILL break some apex seals by leaning out! Depending on the size hybrid and what hp your shooting for then I would definately suggest bigger injectors. If I where you I would.
1. get the rtek chip, 2.0 if you can but if you are strapped for cash 1.8 will work fine but won't have all the cool adjustability of the 2.0(www.pocketlogger.com)
2. on the s4 or 86-88 rx7's the fpr is removable so you can take the banjo bolt and fitting of an 86-88 n/a motor and put it on the tII fuel rail in place of the fpr then run a line from that bango bolt to the aftermarket fuel pressure regulator however the stock regulator (unless broken) should be fine for you.
side note: you will notice with the rtek 1.8 or 2.0 will require bigger injectors. I would get the 4x720cc setup that way you KNOW you will have enough fuel. Good luck.

they did alot of switching the chip features i guess because the 1.7 used to handle the larger 720cc injectors but now they say the 1.8 does that however when you go to the price sheet they don't have an uption to upgrade to the 1.8. they need to work on thier site to make it a tad bit more user friendly and understandable.
